MARTINSVILLE, Va., June 7, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hooker Furniture Corporation (Nasdaq:HOFT) announced today the declaration of a quarterly dividend of ten cents ($0.10) per share on the Hooker Furniture Corporation Common Stock. The dividends are payable August 26, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 12, 2011.
